• When ordered items are 25kg and less they will be shipped via fastway couries.
• Orders over 25kg and/or items that are extra long will be a custom order, SCTS will advise.
• Full payment for each order is required before your order is dispatched, as our couriers are not equipped to receive payments.
• On completion of your order, after you have entered the delivery address postcode, delivery costs will be automatically calculated at the “checkout” stage of your purchase and will be included in your invoice for goods supplied.
• If  shipping is not calculated at check-out due to over weight or technically issues SCTS will contact you to advise of shipping cost.
• International orders will be handled on a case by case basis.

Delivery Times

Delivery times will vary depending on your location but will generally take between 4-10 business days. Currently stocked items will be dispatched same day or next day.  Unfortunately it is not possible for us to carry all stock items 100% of the time.  If an item is out of stock we will order from our supplier immediately and mark your order as priority.

Courier Deliveries

Orders sent by courier can only be delivered to a fixed address.  Goods that are left at unattended premises are the responsibility of the receiver.  If you have any special delivery requirements please let us know.
